  Spoke to Tiffany about an infected implant. She is not very friendly and accommodating. Yes, I am in the service industry as well and I know what customer service is all about even on the phone.
  
  She insists that I will pay $200+ for additional x-ray that needs to be done even I already have x-rays done by primary dentist a few days ago. She insisted that there is no way around it. I need to pay $114 for consultation and $200+ for x-ray. Asked her to cancel my appointment.
  
  I called Dr. Hutto's clinic as an alternative clinic given by primary dentist. Guess what, consultation fee is only $100 and they will NO LONGER charge for additional x-ray because I have one already done within the YEAR! On your face Greater Modesto Dental Implant and Surgery Center!
  
  The doctors of this clinic should be aware that they are losing patients just because their front desk staff is incompetent and lack customer service.
